Effective 3 October 2026
This policy explains what information is handled when you play Brainy Trials (the "app") on iPhone, iPad or Android, published by Yuttana Suttasupa ("we", "us"). If you have a question about it, write to ypok.contact@gmail.com.
In short
The app saves your best score in each trial and your settings (music, sound effects, whether Remove Ads is owned) in a file on your device. This file is never sent to us. Uninstalling the app deletes it.
The free version shows a banner ad on the pause and game-over screens, using the Google Mobile Ads SDK. To serve, measure and protect those ads, the SDK may collect and send to Google:
Google uses this information to deliver ads, for analytics and to prevent fraud. The ads may be personalised based on your interests where the law allows it. How Google uses this data is described in How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services and in the Google Privacy Policy.
Your choices: on Android you can reset or delete your Advertising ID, or opt out of personalised ads, in Settings → Google → Ads (or Settings → Privacy → Ads). On iOS you can limit ad tracking in Settings → Privacy & Security → Apple Advertising. Buying Remove Ads stops the app from loading ads.
If you sign in to Game Center (Apple) or Google Play Games (Google), the app sends the scores you reach to that service's leaderboards. Your player name, player identifier and scores are then handled by Apple or Google and may be visible to other players on the leaderboard, as set in your Game Center or Play Games profile. We do not receive or store this information. See the Apple Privacy Policy and the Google Privacy Policy. Signing in is optional; the trials can all be played without it.
The one-time Remove Ads purchase is processed entirely by the App Store or Google Play. We never see your payment details. The app only receives confirmation that the purchase was made, so that it can remove the ads and restore the purchase on a new device.

Brainy Trials is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the app, contact us and we will help you have it removed.
We keep no personal data about you. Data on your device is deleted when you uninstall the app. Data held by Google or Apple is kept and deleted under their policies; you can manage it in your Google Account (myaccount.google.com) or your Apple Account (privacy.apple.com).
Depending on where you live (for example the EU, the UK or California) you may have the right to access, correct or delete personal data, to object to its use or to opt out of its sale or sharing for targeted advertising. Because we hold no personal data ourselves, these requests are best made to Google or Apple through the links above, but you are welcome to contact us and we will help.
If this policy changes, the new version will be published on this page with a new effective date.
